Black Bean Burger


Serves 4 People Gathering: 10 minutes Final Product: 45 minutes


Ingredients: 2 cups of cooked black beans, 1⁄2 cup cooked brown rice, 1 cup scallion sliced, 1 cup of cilantro thinly sliced, salt, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, 1 tablespoon taco seasoning, 1 tablespoon for burger and for chipotle mayo, 1 teaspoon of adobe pepper paste, 1 tablespoon corn flour to bind everything together.


Preparation: Soak the black beans overnight and pressure cook it the next day Also cook 1⁄2 cup brown rice separately as well Now combine all the ingredients together Form a round shape and cook it on both sides with zero calorie oil spray I have used thin whole wheat buns and applied chipotle mayo on both sides Add vegan mayo with 1 teaspoon of adobe peppers paste Add big leaf of lettuce, white onion, sliced multi colored tomatoes, avocado with lemon juice on it. Close it and enjoy.
