Green Brussels sprouts with dry roasted walnuts with vegan blue cheese.
Give green leaves a warm water bath then pure in cold water to preserve the green color and crispyness. Or you can leave it green.
Dressing: 1/2 lemonjuice, salt pepper,
1 tablespoon avacado oil. Enjoy.
