Baked Multicolor Potato Fries and Nachos

Baked Multicolor Potato Fries: 1 orange & 1 white Idaho and 1 purple sweet potato Take the skin off and clean them to get rid of the extra starch Dry them out on a piece of cloth Cook them in the oven at 400 for 30 minutes Serve them with organic vegan sour cream and ketchup.


Vegan White Cheese Sauce: Soak 1 cup of cashews in warm water for 2 hours Now use the same water and add salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice Blend everything, and you have the cheese sauce ready to serve.


White Bean Dip or Sauce: 1 can of organic cannellini beans Clean them first, then put them into the grinder, and add fresh herbs: 1 teaspoon rosemary, 1 teaspoon sage, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon lemon juice Blend everything, and it’s ready to serve.


Nachos: Place the baked fries first; add 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped white onion, and 1 chopped jalapeno on the fries Now add the white bean dip, vegan white cashew sauce, vegan sour cream, ketchup, and cilantro.
