Garlicky Cheesy Hempseed Spread

Ingredients

  • ½ cup nutritional yeast

  • ½ cup hemp seeds (hulled)

  • 2 ¼ Tbsp organic miso (mellow white or chickpea)

  • ¾ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small food processor and blend until hemp seeds are blended. Alternatively, you can also use an immersion blender or a spoon to mix it all together. Just know that the hemp seeds will still be whole if only using a spoon — and that’s okay!
