Healthy Vegan Oil Free Dum Aloo

Ingredients: 1 organic bag of baby colorful potatoes, 2 cloves, 2 Bay leaves, 1 Teaspoon cumin, 1 organic Tomato, 1 organic Purple Onion, 3 dry red Chili, 1/2 cup organic roasted unsalted peanuts, 1/4 cup organic sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup organic sesame seeds, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder for color, haldi, cumin powder, half bulk of organic cilantro and half cup organic almond milk based yogurt.



Preparation: boil bag of potatoes first. Grind tomato, onion, nuts, seeds and garlic. Get one big pot add half a 8.0 oz glass of water. Add all the ground ingredients than add all your spices. Let everything cook together. Now take out your boiled and cooked down potatoes. Make holes into your potatoes so gravy can travel inside your potatoes. Add your almond milk based 1/2 cup yogurt. Let potatoes marry with your curry for 5 minutes. Garnish it with organic chopped cilantro. Sprinkle some organic sesame seeds on top and enjoy.
