I found something new about controlling diabetes.
You know how we used to see how much sugar it has in the nutritional information on any package.
Now try to look for amount of carbs in each package. Please use the serving size on the package as well.
Low carb, high fat diet (ketogenic diet) will help to reverse diabetes. You can control the glucose spikes.
Even natural sugar causes glucose spikes such as jaggry, sugar cane, coconut water, fruits, coconut palm sugar, dates, dates sugar, maple syrup, agave etc..
OF COURSE NO CHOCOLATE AND ICE CREAM. Until you have reversed it.
3 meals and 3 snacks. Check glucose while fasting in the morning, and two hour after eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. #vegan #ketogenic #diet #change #power
15 carbs per serving size. You can have up to 12 servings a day. So 12*15 = 180 mg of carbs. This is just an example but it differs from age and gender.
