Mindful morning ritual: Move your body

There are tons of ways to wake up your body. You might… 


  • Drink a big glass of water

  • Dance while getting dressed

  • Do yoga

  • Stretch

  • Exercise

  • Do the hokey-pokey unironically (our favorite) 

  • Try some breath work or deep breathing

  • Go for a walk

  • Move your body in a way that feels good to you
