Mixed Green salad

Serves 4 people

Prep time: 5 minutes

Assemble time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:  1 organic bag of arugula, 1 organic bag of mixed greens, 1 organic cucumber, 1 organic carrot, 1 organic beet 1 tablespoon organic sunflower seeds, organic sesame seeds and roasted unsalted organic peanuts.

Dressing: 1/2 cup organic almond milk yogurt, 10 organic red grapes 1 dry red chili and 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Preparation: combine both bags of greens into a one big bowl. Mix them up. Shred your all three vegetables and then add it directly to the bowl so it will be easier to eat. Now add all your nuts and seeds and garnish it with you freshly made almond milk yogurt based dressing.
