Moryo and Sabudana Dhokla

Serves: 2 People

Final Product: 6 hours


Ingredients: 1 cup of Moryo, ½ cup Sabudana soaked for 5 hours 2 tablespoon vegan yogurt, 1 teaspoon salt, 5 curry leaves, 3 green chili, 1 teaspoon Eno (fruit salt), and 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro


Sauté: 1 tablespoon avocado oil, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin


Preparation: You will need a steamer with a lid to soak ½ cup sabudana for 5 hours Grind the rest of the ingredients with 1 cup of water except cilantro Add salt Get a second steamer dish, place oil with zero calorie oil spray Add the batter and sprinkle chopped cilantro on it Steam both plates with water in the bottom of the steamer pan Steam it for 30 minutes on medium flame Take it out and place the saute oil with cumin and sesame seeds Enjoy This is one of my favorite fasting foods
