Oats and Apple Smoothie and Bowl

Ingredients: 1 date, 1 cup rolled organic oats, 1 cup apple, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ½ cup organic almond milk

Garnishing: 1 apple thinly sliced, 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

Preparation: You will need any kind of blender to grind all the ingredients together

You can serve it like that, or you can make a bowl via garnishing with apple and seeds Enjoy!
