Preparation: Get the steamer ready with water We will use a dish with holes in it, so the steam can pass through Spray some cooking spray oil on it Get 1 pound of patra leaves, clean them and take off the hard stems from them Get your batter ready with all the ingredients with 1 8oz of glass of water Now apply the batter on each of the leaves and roll them up You can tuck in smaller leaves inside bigger ones Place the rolled leaves on a dish with holes and put it in the steamer Cook the leaves for 30 minutes in a steamer on medium flame Let them cool down, cut them into round pieces, and place them on the side Now get the vagar ready, add oil, seeds, and curry leaves Add the patras to the vagar and toss them really well Sprinkle coconut flakes and chopped cilantro on top.
