Pumpkin Chai tea latte hot or cold

👌Depending upon your mood or the weather situation you can make it hot or cold version of this masala pumpkin chia tea latte.

☺️To reduce sugar use jagree, dates syrup, maple syrup, Agave or coconut palm sugar. All natural sugar will not harm your body.

😱Try to reduce fat as well. When it comes to making tea soya or oats milk has been used the most for more authentic taste. But you can also use almond milk, sugar free Plantbased milk to avoid extra sugar but be careful with it. Don't heat up too much can breakdown fat molecules in the tea.

🎈Ingredients🎈

Ice (ice water) or to make it hot use hot water

3 oz chai tea concentrate or you can use your tea bages.

4 oz oats milk

3 oz pumpkin cream cold foam

💕Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam💕

¾ cup oats milk

¼ cup heavy oats creamer

2 ½ Tbsp pumpkin spice sauce

2 tsp vanilla syrup (or vanilla beans with your choice of plantbased sweetener and hot water simer it until thick enough)

🫶Pumpkin Spice Sauce😍

  1. 14 oz. can fat-free sweetened condensed Plantbased milk (use regular Plantbased milk if you can't find fat-free)

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

😎Directions🤓

Add chai tea concentrate to an ice-filled glass or hot water. Pour oats milk into glass.

Top drink with pumpkin cream cold foam and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice over the top.

☕️Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam🤑

Mix oatsmilk, oatscream, homemade vanilla syrup, and pumpkin spice sauce in a tall glass and shake to combine. Alternatively, you can stir all ingredients together in a bowl.

Turn mixture into cold foam right before using. You can either use an electric frother, hand mixer, or blender. Just add the sweet Plantbased cream and froth, mix, or blend until the mixture turns into a foam. Alternatively, you can shake the mixture in a mason jar until it's frothy.

✅Pumpkin Spice Sauce☺️

Put Plantbased (oats ) condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, along with pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

Stir together and heat for about 5 minutes, until it's just starting to bubble.

Remove it from the heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the pumpkin spice sauce into a heat-proof bowl and place in the fridge to cool.

I hope you can start making this drink at home and save some money this fall.
