Roasted zucchini both side with salt, red chili, garlic and thyme.

Lime chili garlic sauce: vegan mayo, vegan yogurt, green chili, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and salt will complement with this simple dish.

Roasted Whole Artichoke sliced in half with sea salt and dried oregano.

Tahini sauce: tahini, water, salt, lemon juice, pepper and dried basil.

Roasted Kale or air fried with salt, pepper and organic extra vergin olive oil.

Roasted Cauliflower with olive oil, salt, red paprika, , turmeric, cumin and chopped cilantro with pomegranate seeds on top.

Vegan Mayo and Ketchup simple sauce.

Roasted Brussels sprouts on both side for at least 25 minutes each side. Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and avacado oil.

Sauce: Vegan mayo, dejon mustered, maple syrup, salt and pepper with dried rosemary.
