Smoothie Bowls

Use all fresh seasonal and organic ingredients

For best results.

Berries Smoothies Bowl:

1 cup of frozen berries or fresh ones

1 cup of frozen Bananas

3 Table spoon of plant based milk (almond milk)

1 tablespoons of roasted granola with crunchy nuts

1 tablespoons of fresh Blueberries

Optional (Fresh mint to garnish )

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl:

1 ripe frozen Banana or (2 madjool dates)

5 tablespoons Dairy free milk

1 tablespoon of Peanut butter

2 tablespoons of Cacao Powder

Any omegas (chia, flex or hemp)

1/2 tablespoons Maca powder

Garnish it with any fruit (berries) of your choice, grated coconut, pea and or walnuts for crunch or roasted peanuts would be ok too.

Green Smoothie Bowl:

Healthy fat 1/4 ripe Avacado

2 large handful of spinach

1 small hand full of kale

11/2 cups of almond milk 1 tablespoons of almond or any Plantbased yogurt of your choice

1 Apple

1 tablespoons of Psyllium husk

Garnishing: seeds either pumpkin or sunflower

Granola, chia seeds drizzle of maple syrup( optional). Coconuts flex’s and granola

Goji Berry Smoothie Bowl:

1 cup of Frozen or ripe Berries

1 cup of Vegan Greek Yogurt

Garnish: 3 Strawberries, 1 Tablespoons organic Goji Berries, 1 Tablespoon Granola, coconut flex’s, cacao, blackberry and banana for sweetness.

These are some of the examples of what to and how to add natural sweetener for maximum amount of flavor and enjoy the amazing taste.
