Soji (Semolina ) shiro made with oats milk.
1 tsp Cardomom
1 tsp Kesar (Saffron) (optional will give orange color).
600 g Granulated white sugar or coconut brown sugar
350g Semolina, coarse
200 ml Vegan Ghee
50 g Almonds
50 g Kismis (dried Raisins)
50 g Cashews
1 Litre oats milk
Rosting Soji into ghee until it turn little brown. mean while in another gas, heat the oat milk.
Then add warm oat milk and very carefully, and cook the sheera until all milk will be absorbed by Soji and you will get pudding like texture.
finally add sugar, sugar will generate some more water, cook it until ghee is separated form shira. swtich of the flame, and then add cardamom powder.
Add Kesar (optional) or you can add it directly to the oats milk to get that color and flavor. Now add all nuts with raisin for garnishing.
Vegan shiro is ready to serve.
