Types of diets


There are 4 types of diet that everyone needs and relate too.


Low Carbs: low in carbs but high in fat consumption diets such as Atkinson, Keto and Paleo. The side effects of this diet can lead to headaches, confusion, nausea, mood swings, trouble sleeping and vomiting.


Vegan: large focus on consuming vegetables and legumes. No any types of animal products. Less processed foods. Very much significant positive results were found with this type of diet.


Intermittent Fasting: involves fasting specific amount of time each day. Eating only within 16:8 window time. Or in other words eating only within 8 hours a day. That includes your snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can add zero calories drinks such as water, tea and coffee.


Raw foods: eating majority of time raw foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains, and nut milks. Food is also considered raw when the food is heated over 40-48 degree C.
