Ingredients: 2 servings 10 minutes
1 cup plain almond yogurt homemade
2 small English cucumbers
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 garlic cloves minced
¼ cup chopped dill
¼ tsp. sea salt or to taste
Homemade Almond yogurt: 8 servings 20 minutes
2 cups of organic almond flour
2 tablespoons of Tapioca Starch
6 cups of water
Blend it in blender
Warm this mixture on medium flame until you see thicken consistency. Let it cool down for 3 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons of plain almond yogurt into the mixture then strain it. Let this mixture sit outside (kitchen counter) for overnight and your homemade yogurt is ready.
Direction: grate the two cucumbers first. Squeeze out water and add to your Plantbased yogurt bowl. Then all rest of the ingredients such as, grated garlic, dill, lemon juice and salt.
You can enjoy this sauce as a dip with raw vegetables such as cucumbers, bell peppers, carrot sticks, salad dressing, between the sandwich, veggie bowl or with falafel.
