2 cup Broken Wheat flour
1/2 cup Jaggery
2 tablespoons vegan Ghee
2 tablespoons Sprinkle coconut brown sugar (garnish).
dissolve the jaggery in 2 cups of hot water, strain to remove any residue and set aside.
Add 1 tablespoon of vegan ghee into the pan along with water and jaggery mixture.
On the side Add 2 Tablespoons of vegan ghee into the 2 cups of Bhakhri flour. Mix it well.
Now add this flour mixture into the warm water along with ghee, water and jaggery.
Now let the flour cook down for 5-7 minutes until it's changed it color to golden.
Let it cool down for 5 minutes. Serve it with another 1 tablespoon of vegan ghee with coconut brown sugar on top. You can also add nuts as well (optional).
