Vegan Lapsi



Ingredients

  • 2 cup Broken Wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup Jaggery

  • 2 tablespoons vegan Ghee

  • 2 tablespoons Sprinkle coconut brown sugar (garnish).


Directions:


  • dissolve the jaggery in 2 cups of hot water, strain to remove any residue and set aside.

  • Add 1 tablespoon of vegan ghee into the pan along with water and jaggery mixture.

  • On the side Add 2 Tablespoons of vegan ghee into the 2 cups of Bhakhri flour. Mix it well.

  • Now add this flour mixture into the warm water along with ghee, water and jaggery.

  • Now let the flour cook down for 5-7 minutes until it's changed it color to golden.

  • Let it cool down for 5 minutes. Serve it with another 1 tablespoon of vegan ghee with coconut brown sugar on top. You can also add nuts as well (optional).
