Ingredients: 2 tablespoon Vegan Mayo, 2 tablespoon vegan Pesto, 1 tablespoon Italian crushed fermented pepper paste, ½ teaspoon salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon Onion flakes, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, ½ teaspoon italian seasoning and ½ teaspoon dry basil leaves.
Vegetables: long chop cuts of one white or purple onion, 1 of each all three color bell peppers, and 2 long carrots. ½ bag of cooked whole wheat penne pasta.
Preparation: Combine all the wet and seasoning ingredients together. Mix it really well. Now add all the raw vegetables and cooked whole wheat penne pasta. Toss everything together really well and your salad is ready to enjoy with everyone.
