5-7am- Wake up, move bowels, meditation
7-9am - Sex, Breakfast, Walk, Digest
9-11 am -Work, best concentration
11-1pm -Eat main meal of the day, Walk
1-3pm - Absorb food, Short nap, work
3-5 pm- Work or study
5-7 pm- Exercise light dinner
7-9pm - light reading, massage feet
9-11pm - calm socializing, flirting, sex
11-1 am- go to sleep, cellular repair
1-3 am- Deep sleep, Detox liver and blood
3-5 am- Deep sleep , detox lungs.
🤩This chart not only gives us information on how our body functions according to certain conditions such as day and night or in sunlight and moonlight. Yin and yan in balance with elements such as wood, fire, water, earth and metal.
✅The Chinese body clock focuses on different organs within the body, as well as qi, or energy. It’s believed that by using specific organs at certain times of the day, you can make the most of your body and harness your qi when it’s at its peak.
