Cinnamon Almond and date bites


  • 1/2 cup oats - organic gluten free if desired

  • 2 tablespoons organic cocoa

  • 1 cup packed - organic pitted dates (about 13-15 dates) *if not soft, soak in water for 15 minutes, then drain

  • 3 tablespoons organic almond butter

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut

  • 1 tablespoon organic chia seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon organic cinnamon

  • Add oats and cocoa to food processor. Blend until broken into smaller pieces.

  • Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  • Form into balls and refrigerate. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
