Drumstick Sabzi
Serves 4 People Gathering: 15 minutes Final Product: 30 minutes
Ingredients: 4 sticks of drum sticks, 1 tablespoon grated ginger and garlic, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 4 cloves of whole garlic, 3 chilies sliced, 2 tablespoon besan, 1⁄2 cup peanut and sesame seeds mixture, 2 tablespoon vegan yogurt, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Vagar: 2 tablespoon avocado oil, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1⁄4 teaspoon asafeta
Preparation: Start with one big pan with a lid First, prepare the vagar, and let it cook for 30-45 seconds Now add green chilies and ginger and garlic paste Then add the whole cloves of garlic, salt, onion, and tomato Let this entire cook for a minute, and then add the besan, nut and seed flour, yogurt, and 1 glass of water Mix it well, add the drumsticks, and let this entire cook for 5 minutes with the lid closed Open the lid, complete with garnishing with chopped cilantro.
