Nausea and Vomiting


  • Avoid fatty, fried, spicy foods

  • Cut back on

  • Eat blend foods

  • Drink regular water with lemon

  • Eat slowing, take your time

  • Eat frequent smaller meals

  • Drink any liquid slowly

  • Avoid eating late at night

  • Don't mix hot and cold drinks

  • Avoid carbonated beverages because it can give you headaches

  • Don't lie down after eating

  • Avoid brushing your teeth after eating

  • Resting

  • Drink coconut water to stay hydrated and natural sugar will give you energy
