Our NJ chapter member Mrs. Kinjal Patel was a contestant in the Cooking Star contest presented by Shoprite. It is very admirable that she stayed true to promoting veganism by cooking her vegan recipes in this contest and practiced walking the walk and talking the talk which is a tough but ethical choice.
