Simple Meals

Rice and beans with Mexican spices, salt, pepper and tumeric.

Roasted eggplants with Cashew Plantbased Cheese with pomegranate seeds with micro greens.

Cashew cheese: 1/2 cup organic cashews soaked in water for 1/2 hour. Blend it with 1/4 cup of water with lemonjuice, salt and pepper.

red chili powder sprinkled at the end.

Avacado Sandwich: multigrain bread with ripe half avacado slivced with lemon juice salt and pepper with fresh red chili for kick.
