1/2 red onion sliced in half moon

1/2 English cucumber

1/2 cup Red kidney beans

1/2 cup yellow corn

1/2 cup Organic Spinach

1 cup multi color quinoa cooked

1/2 Red Bell Peppers sliced in half moon

1 Teaspoons of black sesame seeds on top for garnishing.
