Vegan Cobb Salad

Ingredients: Serves 4 (45 minutes)

Roman lettuce crispy raw 1/2 bulk

Organic cherry tomatoes 7-10

Organic Cucumber 2-3

Avacado Raw -1 diced in to cubes.

Roasted beets -1 with salt and pepper

Roasted carrots -2

Roasted green beans -1/2 bulk

Roasted asparagus-1/2 bulk

Northern white beans -1/2 can cooked

1/2 cup quinoa and 1/2 cup ferro cooked

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoons almond roasted

Dressing: 3 tablespoon red vinegar.

Simply mix everything together and enjoy natural wholesome flavors of this beautiful veggies.
