Carom (Ajwain) seeds for weight loss

(2). Ajwain and jaggery mixture with glass of hot water consumed in the morning before breakfast helps in digestion and bowl movement.

(3). Ajwain and lemon water plays same role in boosting and detoxifying your system to prepare you for the day ahead.

(4). Ajwain tea plays role in loosing weight as well. By drinking it regularly in late afternoon after lunch or after dinner.

(5). Ajwain and fennel seeds water. Let it soke for seeds for overnight and consume it before breakfast can play significant role in burning fat and by having more zero calorie drinks like this you will be less hungry which will help in reducing unhealthy calories intake.
