
You can make Vegan Ranch Dressing three ways cashews, hemp seeds or store bought vegan (Plantbased) mayonnaise.
Cashew Ranch Dressing: 5 minutes
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup water
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
Fresh 1 teaspoon chives
Fresh 1 teaspoon parsley
Fresh 1 teaspoon dill
Hemp seeds Ranch: 5 minutes
3/4 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup non dairy milk (almond)
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste.
Plantbased Mayo Ranch dressing: 5 minutes
1 1/2 cup vegan mayo (made in Avacado oil ).
1/4 cup non dairy milk (unsweetened)
1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoons pepper
1/4 paprika
1 teaspoons onion powder
3 cloves of Garlic
1 tablespoon fresh thinly sliced parsley
Either with Raw veggies or Rosted root vegetables. Both ways are outstanding pair with these yummy dressings.
