Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas(garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed, and smashed
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup vegan mayo
1/4 cup celery chopped
1/4 cup red onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
himalayan salt & cracked pepper, to taste
dash of cayenne (optional)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon pickle radish or jalapeno
crushed rosted seeweed sheets or dulse (Star of this dish).
Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
You can use this as a dip with raw vegetables, vegan meat between your sandwich or in your salad or wraps... great with any holiday side dish as well.
