Vegan Tuna Salad

  • 1 can chickpeas(garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed, and smashed

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1/4 cup vegan mayo

  • 1/4 cup celery chopped

  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • himalayan salt & cracked pepper, to taste

  • dash of cayenne (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon pickle radish or jalapeno

  • crushed rosted seeweed sheets or dulse (Star of this dish).

Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.

You can use this as a dip with raw vegetables, vegan meat between your sandwich or in your salad or wraps... great with any holiday side dish as well.
