5 Tips to Healthy Lifestyle

(1) Eat a balanced diet add variety to your meals.


Eat a variety of foods that includes fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains.


(2) Stay well hydrated


Remember to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Your body is made of 80% water and water is necessary for regular bowel function optimal muscle performance, immune and skin health.


(3) Exercise regularly


Try to get at least 150 minutes of exercise a week or 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week. Wheather it's walking, jogging, swimming or doing an at home Pilates workout the goal is to stay physically active.


(4) Balance by keeping


Your thoughts positive, your circle small, your life private, your intentions pure, your focus in the now, and your soul at peace.


(5) Stop misusing your energy


Stop using your energy to worry. "Use your energy to believe, create, love, grow, glow, manifest and heal".
